These two poems are part of a five-part series called
Homepages, 1–5, all of which were written in a variation of HTML code and focus on the lives of Martha and Bill Hall, whose marriage has been strained by the loss of their baby, Joey. Author Jenny O'Grady is director of alumni and development communications at University of Maryland, Baltimore County; she graduated from the University of Baltimore's Creative Writing and Publishing Arts MFA program in 2006.
